  • Two-time Pro Bowl CB (2016-17 seasons) and two-time second-team All-Pro selection by The Associated Press with the Chargers (2016-17).
  • Named AFC Defensive Player of the Month for November in 2016 and NFL Defensive Rookie of the Month for October in 2012.
  • In 2012, was named All-Rookie by the Professional Football Writers of America.
  • With 20 career interceptions, ranks tied with Tampa Bay CB Brent Grimes for the fourth-most since entering the league in 2012, trailing San Francisco CB Richard Sherman (28), Oakland S Reggie Nelson (23) and Detroit S Glover Quin (21).
  • Led the league with a career-high seven interceptions in 2016, including one returned for a touchdown at Denver for the second pick-six of his career.
