Wide receiver Joshua Palmer (foot) and running back Gus Edwards (ankle) have been ruled out against the Raiders.
Linebacker Denzel Perryman (groin) is listed as doubtful while safety Alohi Gilman, who has missed the past five games with a knee injury, is questionable. The Chargers have opened his 21-day practice window on Wednesday.
