The first-of-its-kind membership community is designed to bring women closer to the game…and to each other

The Los Angeles Chargers today officially announced the organization's new Chargers Social Club, a lifestyle membership community for women that blends football, culture and impact.

Members of the Chargers Social Club will be introduced to the team's traditions, culture and defining moments while gaining exclusive access to members-only events, watch parties and unique behind-the-scenes experiences. Designed to create a welcoming environment where learning the game feels natural, the Club aims to make the excitement of football more fun and approachable through the bonds created amongst its members.

Going beyond gatherings centered around Chargers football and fandom, this new community is ultimately about building a lifestyle reflective of the culture of women who are shaping their communities every day — from their impact in sport, style and music to entertainment, technology and the rhythms of everyday life in Los Angeles. It is a space where women see themselves not on the sidelines, but as part of the story.

"We're creating a fun, welcoming environment with the Chargers Social Club where women can not only dive into the excitement of football but it's also a space where they can connect and have fun while making a real impact in our communities," said Megan Bell, Chargers Senior Vice President, Consumer Revenue & Insights. "It's about friendship, learning the game, and celebrating everything that makes us unique."

Programming for the Chargers Social Club will feature mixers, meetups, fitness events, exclusive content, cultural experiences, speaker sessions, workshops, and philanthropic initiatives. The inaugural event took place this last week at The Bolt, where over 150 women from Southern California gathered at the Chargers training facility to assemble confidence kits for middle school girls' flag football players, participate in on-field skills and drills, and enjoy social hour on the terrace overlooking the fields while sampling food from local establishments.

With the Chargers organization serving as a primary driver in establishing girl's flag as a CIF sanctioned high school sport in California, sponsoring the "Conquer Chargers" girl's club and hosting major tournaments like the "Girls' Flag Invitational," the team's deep commitment to the growth of girls' flag football is a major component of the Chargers Social Club.

By helping open doors for young female athletes to build confidence, leadership and community through the game of football, the Chargers Social Club reinforces the organization's commitment to creating opportunities that extend far beyond the final whistle.
