The Bolts are on fire to start the 2025 season.
Here are five things to know about the Chargers ahead of Week 4.
1. What happened in Week 3?
The Chargers put together a furious fourth-quarter rally to stun the Broncos with a 23-20 win in Week 3.
The Bolts led 10-0 early before Denver rattled off 17 straight points. But the Chargers hung tough, even as they trailed by a touchdown late in the fourth quarter and had just a 10.8-percent win probability at one point.
Justin Herbert then showed up and put the Bolts on his back by leading a game-tying drive before putting the Chargers in position to win with another clutch sequence.
Herbert and the offense moved into Denver territory with only seconds left to set up Cameron Dicker's walk-off, 43-yard field goal.
"Oh my gosh, bro. The dude is unbelievable," Trey Pipkins III said. "I have zero words. What I can say?"
"He was getting hit, making throws. He led us the entire time," Pipkins added. "If that's not MVP, I don't know what is."
Credit the Chargers defense, too, as the unit forced back-to-back Broncos punts to end the game and give Herbert and the offense a chance to seal the deal.
On the injury front, the Chargers will likely be without running back Najee Harris for the foreseeable future. Chargers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh said postgame that preliminary tests showed Harris suffered an Achilles injury.
2. Who stood out in the win?
These kind of comeback wins take everybody.
The defense came up clutch and Dicker delivered in the moment while Keenan Allen and Omarion Hampton each made big plays on offense.
But there's a reason Herbert is the face of the franchise and one of the league's best quarterbacks.
Herbert was sacked five times and hit 14 times in all on Sunday. In fact, NFL Next Gen Stats noted he was pressured on 54.7 percent of his dropbacks against Denver, the highest pressure rate he's faced in any game of his career.
The Chargers quarterback still delivered when it mattered most.
Herbert completed eight of his final nine pass attempts for 93 yards in the final five-plus minutes of game action. It was his 13th career fourth-quarter comeback and 17th career game-winning drive.
"We knew we had one job and that was to take the ball and go score. That's exactly what we did," Herbert said of the final drive.
3. What is the Chargers record?
Jim Harbaugh's squad remained perfect on the young season as they moved to 3-0, their first such start since 2002.
More importantly, the Bolts have now opened the season with three straight wins against the AFC West.
The Chargers topped the Chiefs in Week 1 in Brazil and bested the Raiders in primetime in Week 2 before rallying past the Broncos on Sunday.
The Chargers are now the fourth team since the league expanded to 32 teams in 2002 to open their season with a 3-0 record that includes a sweep of all three of their divisional foes.
"I don't think I have the vocabulary to really express how great I feel with this win," Harbaugh said. "Just the admiration for our team, our players, our coaches.
"Three wins … it's taken everybody in these games. Just gritty. Spectacular is probably the word I'd use. Just a wonderful, wonderful feeling of victory," Harbaugh added. "Just finding a way … a tremendous performance by so many."
The Chargers are now one of six teams in the NFL, and three in the AFC, who haven't lost a game so far this season.

4. What is a key stat to know?
Herbert's game-tying touchdown pass to Allen will be talked about for years to come.
The Chargers quarterback simply dazzled on the play, shaking off a sack in the pocket before rolling to his left and firing a pass through the arms of Broncos edge rusher Nik Bonito, who had already registered a pair of sacks on the day.
Herbert's pass found Allen in the end zone despite the fact that he had just 0.6 yards of separation.
The play had only a 16.7-percent completion probability, according to NFL Next Gen Stats, Herbert's most improbable completion since Week 8 of last season.
If you missed the play, here it is.
5. Who do the Chargers play in Week 4?
The Chargers are back on the road in Week 4 for a game against the New York Giants. Kickoff is at 10 a.m. (PT) from the East Coast.
The Giants fell to 0-3 on Sunday night after a 22-9 loss against the Chiefs in primetime.
New York is one of six teams in the NFL who currently sit at 0-3.
The Chargers have won five straight games against the Giants in the all-time series between the teams.
