The Chargers are back in the building.

Here's what you need to know about the Bolts ahead of Week 13.

1. What happened in Week 12?

The Chargers had their bye, meaning the Bolts had the weekend for the first and only time all season.

Chargers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh actually gave the team an extended break as players and coaches were off from Tuesday to Sunday. Most bye weeks usually involve having four days off.

"I also felt like our team had earned two extra days, mainly a function of the team has been playing 15 straight games, 15 straight week, plus all the way back to the start of training camp," Harbaugh said. "My priority is that they are fresh, regroup and that's for players, coaches and staff. Come back ready to roll."

Around the NFL, a handful of key AFC games took place among teams vying for playoff spots.

The Texans topped the Bills on Thursday before the Chiefs and Jaguars, respectively, scored wins on Sunday afternoon.

2. What is the Chargers record?

The Chargers remain at 7-4 as they head into the final six games of the 2025 season.

The Bolts sit in second place in the AFC West behind the Broncos, who are 9-2 and also had a Week 12 bye.

Kansas City is at 6-5 following its overtime win over Indianapolis on Sunday while the Raiders are are 2-9 and have lost five straight games.

A key stat: the Chargers are still 6-2 against AFC opponents, which is tied for the second-best mark in the conference.

3. What's a key storyline in final 6 games?

The likely return of Omarion Hampton.

The Chargers rookie running back has been on Injured Reserve since suffering an ankle injury in Week 5.

But he's been working off to the side in recent weeks and Harbaugh said earlier this month that his possible return could come after the bye week.

Hampton had been one of the Chargers most productive offensive players before his injury, tallying 86 total touches for 450 yards and two touchdowns.

The 22-year-old has 66 carries for 314 yards and a pair of scores so far on the ground.

4. What are the Chargers playoff odds?

The Chargers are currently in a playoff spot as the No. 5 seed and first Wild Card team in the AFC playoff picture.

The three current Wild Card teams — Chargers, Jaguars and Bills — all sit at 7-4, but the Chargers are the fifth seed because of best conference record, the aforementioned 6-2 mark.

The Jaguars are the No. 6 seed because of a better conference record (4-2) than the Bills (4-3).

According to The Athletic, the Chargers have a 60 percent chance to make the playoffs. ESPN has those odds at 61 percent while NFL Next Gen Stats as the Bolts with a 56 percent chance to make the dance.

The Bolts hold the tiebreaker over the Steelers, who are in eighth place, and still have games against the Chiefs (ninth place) and Texans (10th place), all of whom have 6-5 records.

5. Who is the Week 13 opponent?

The Bolts will host the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 13. Kickoff from SoFi Stadium is at 1:25 p.m. (PT).

The Chargers bested the Raiders by the score of 20-9 way back in Week 2 when the defense forced three takeaways. Justin Herbert threw touchdown passes to Keenan Allen and Quentin Johnston as the Bolts moved to 2-0 on the season.

The Bolts are looking for their fourth straight win over the Raiders and will try to stay perfect in AFC West games this season.
