The Chargers are on a roll.

Here's what you need to know about the Bolts ahead of Week 10.

1. What happened in Week 9?

It wasn't pretty, but the Chargers managed to come away with a 27-20 road win over the Titans in Week 9.

The Bolts trailed 14-7 after the first quarter thanks to a pick 6 and a punt return allowed for a touchdown, but the Chargers handled things the rest of the way.

At this point in the season, all that matters is stacking wins in order to be in the playoff chase come December.

"Dug deep and found a way. Just a gritty, great win," said Chargers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh.

Elijah Molden added: "It doesn't matter how you score the points. Whoever has the most at the end of the game, wins. But it was a weird game."

The turning point came in the third quarter when the Chargers defense made a goal line stand with a three-point lead. The Bolts offense then drove 99 yards for a touchdown to make it a 10-point game.

On the injury front, the Chargers offensive line continued to get hit hard in that area as starting tackles Joe Alt and Bobby Hart both left the game and did not return. Alt suffered an ankle injury while Hart had a groin and ankle injuries.

2. What is the Chargers record?

The Chargers are now 6-3 and have won two straight games and three of their past four contests.

The Bolts also sit in second place in the AFC West just past the midway point of the 2025 season.

The Broncos, who are 7-2 and have won six straight games, lead the AFC West. The Chiefs are 5-4 and in third place while the Raiders are 2-6 following an overtime loss in Week 9.

Of note: the Chargers have a 5-1 record in conference play, which is the second-best record behind the Colts at 6-1.

3. Who stood out in the win?

Justin Herbert led the way as usual for the Chargers by compiling a Pro Football Focus grade of 78.5.

Herbert threw for 250 yards and two scores while also rushing for a team-high 57 yards and a touchdown.

Quentin Johnston and Scott Matlock caught touchdowns for the Chargers, who also got 74 combined rushing yards from Jaret Patterson and Kimani Vidal.

Defensively, Odafe Oweh posted an 86.2 PFF grade while notching a pair of sacks. Oweh now has 4.0 sacks in four games since being acquired from the Ravens in a trade last month.

A special shoutout goes to Daiyan Henley, who played Sunday despite his older brother, Jabari, passing away over the weekend.

4. What are the Chargers playoff odds?

The Chargers currently sit in the No. 6 seed as the second Wild Card team in the AFC.

And as Week 10 approaches, the Bolts have a strong shot at making it back to the postseason.

According to The Athletic, the Chargers playoffs odds are current at 74 percent. That same model also had the Bolts with a 26-percent chance to win the AFC West.

NFL Next Gen Stats, meanwhile, have the Bolts at 69 percent to make the postseason.

5. Who is the Week 10 opponent?

The Chargers are back home in primetime in Week 10 for a matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Kickoff from SoFi Stadium is at 5:20 p.m. (PT).

The Bolts are 3-0 in primetime games so far this season but will face a Steelers team that picked up an impressive 27-20 win over the Colts on Sunday. Pittsburgh's defense forced six turnovers in the win.
