The Los Angeles Chargers will take on the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday Night Football in Week 8 at SoFi Stadium where they will debut their Super Chargers uniforms.

MATCHUP HISTORY

Thursday's matchup will mark the 16th regular-season matchup between the two teams. The Vikings hold an all-time regular season record of 8-7 against the Bolts. The two teams have split their last two meetings, as they have both been decided by one possession.

The last meeting between these two teams came in Week 3 of the 2023 season in Minnesota.

The Chargers used an explosive passing day to come out with the road victory as Justin Herbert set a new career-high throwing for 405 passing yards to go along with three touchdowns. It was helped in large part by wide receiver Keenan Allen, who also set career marks with a whopping 18 receptions for 215 yards, the first and only 200-yard game of his career so far.
