Tailgate Recipe: Week 3 Wings 3 Ways

It's the third week of the regular season and the Chargers are matched up against Kansas City. What better way to get the tailgate party started than to fire up the grill and dish up three different mouth-watering flavors of barbequed wings!

For the Wings: Wing #1- 12 oz Italian Dressing 1 tsp Garlic,minced 1 tsp Black Pepper,ground 1 lb Chicken Wings

Wing #2-                                                                                                             8 oz Soy Sauce                                                                                                     8 oz Italian Dressing                                                                                                1 tsp Garlic,minced                                                                                                   1 tsp Black Pepper,ground                                                                                      1 lb Chicken Wings

Wing #3- 12 oz Hot Sauce 1 tsp Garlic,minced ½ cup Sugar 1 lb Chicken Wings

For the Blue Cheese Dip: 1 pint Greek Yogurt 1 cup Blue Cheese,crumbled 2 tbsp Red Onion, chopped 3 Green Onions, chopped ½ tsp Kosher Salt ½ tsp Black Pepper,ground 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS: For the Wings:

1:

In a small bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing, garlic, and black pepper. Marinate the chicken wings in a resealable plastic bag or container for a minimum of 4 hours or up to overnight.

2:

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Italian dressing, garlic, and black pepper. Marinate the chicken wings in a resealable plastic bag or container for a minimum of 4 hours or up to overnight.

3:

In a small bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, garlic, and sugar. Marinate the chicken wings in a resealable plastic bag or container for a minimum of 4 hours or up to overnight. For the Blue Cheese Dip: In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, blue cheese crumbles, red onion, green onion, salt, black pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or up to overnight. Final Steps: Grill the marinated chicken wings over medium-high heat, turning once until cookedthrough (approximately 6 to 7 minutes per side). Serve with celery, carrots, and the prepared blue cheese dip.
