Tailgate Recipe: Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower

Get ready for the the Chargers next game against the Chiefs with some roasted buffalo cauliflower.

Ingredients

  • 7-8 cups cauliflower (from one medium head of cauliflower)
  • 2 tablespoons Signature SELECT™ canola oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup cayenne pepper sauce

Garnishes

  • Blue cheese, crumbled Primo Taglio® Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • Fresh parsley
  • Signature SELECT™ Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing {for dipping}

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl put the 7 to 8 cups of cauliflower florets and add the canola oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 18-20 minutes, turning once until the cauliflower is just starting to get crisp and the edges brown.
  4. Top with garlic powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper sauce and stir to combine.
  5. Return to over for 7-10 minutes
  6. Garnish with blue cheese and fresh parsley.
