Dipping just once in this delicious Spinach Artichoke Dip is flat-out impossible! Enjoy this delicious party favorite as you watch the Bolts take on the Redskins.
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
¾ cup mozzarella cheese (+ ¼ cup for topping)
¾ cup parmesan cheese (+ ¼ cup for topping)
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 can (12 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts and mix until combined. Spread evenly into a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with celery, crackers, chips, and sourdough bread crisps.
