2025_Transactions

The Los Angeles Chargers today announced the team has released tight end Will Dissly and guard Mekhi Becton. In addition, the Bolts waived tackle Savion Washington.

A free agent acquisition in 2024, Dissly appeared in 26 games and made 11 starts for Los Angeles (including postseason) over the last two years. He hauled in 63 receptions for 594 yards (9.4 avg.) and two touchdowns with the Chargers. Dissly ranked third on the Bolts in 2024 with a career-best 50 receptions, also setting a career high with 481 yards and adding a pair of touchdowns.

Becton, who signed with the team last offseason, started 15-of-16 games played for the Bolts in 2025 (including postseason). He was part of a line that blocked for quarterback Justin Herbert to earn a Pro Bowl nod after throwing for 3,727 yards and 26 touchdowns.

Washington signed as an undrafted free agent in May 2025 and was designated Physically Unable to Perform entering training camp, spending the 2025 campaign on Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform.
