Chargers-Seahawks Week 9 Injury Report

Though he wished to be back on the field after the bye week, Joey Bosa's focus on rehabbing his foot continues. In media availability on Monday, Bosa said he has been making strides and is now week-to-week, making sure he is fully healed before returning to the lineup.

"We're not going to put (Bosa) back on the field until he's ready, I can tell you that," Head Coach Anthony Lynn said on Monday. "You don't want to come back from injuries with the small bones in your feet too soon because it could lead to something else. We're just being really cautious with that."

Meanwhile, Chris Landrum also did not participate in team activities all week due to a hip injury and will be out for Sunday's game along with Kyzir White.

After missing the Titans game in the London due to a hamstring injury, Melvin Gordon participated in limited practice on Wednesday and Thursday before being a full participant on Friday.  He is listed as questionable.

"He participated more today," Lynn said on Friday. "It was good to see him running around today. … We'll see (on Sunday if he plays). I don't want to speak for Melvin, but if he's feeling alright, I know he wants to play."

The Chargers will feel the pressure of third-round draft pick defensive end Rasheem Green this week, as he returns to the Seahawks after spending four weeks sidelined with an ankle injury.

Another defensive end, Dion Jordan, who recorded a season-high four tackles against the Detroit Lions last week, will also be looking to make an impact against the Bolts. Jordan has been limited throughout the season because of shin and knee issues. However, he's been working back onto the field and has been cleared to play again on Sunday after resting from practice on Wednesday.

Notably, linebacker K.J. Wright has been ruled questionable for Sunday's game. Wright has missed six games of the season due to knee surgery, and although he appeared in last week's game, did not participate Wednesday and Thursday. Head Coach Pete Carroll noted in his Friday press conference that Wright will likely be available on Sunday.

Also listed as questionable are safety Bradley McDougald and running back Chris Carson, who was added to the injury report Thursday with a hip injury.

No one has officially been ruled out for the Seahawks, but guard Jordan Simmons and cornerback Neiko Thorpe are listed as doubtful after not practicing all week. Both missed last week's game as well due to their injuries.
