Chargers Honor Military Through Boots and Bolts Outreach Program

Honoring the military is a large source of pride for the Chargers organization and this season, the team created Boots and Bolts, a year-round military outreach program.

The program includes visits to the team's facility for servicemen and women, meet and greets with Chargers players, casual yet competitive video game competitions, youth camps on military bases, and much more.

As November is the NFL's Salute to Service month, browse through the galleries below to view all of our military visitors meeting with our Bolts including the one ahead of the team's Salute to Service game vs. the Denver Broncos.

The Bolts invited U.S. Army members out for a behind-the-scenes facility tour and meet/greet with players and coaches as part of the team's 'Boots & Bolts' program to thank and honor our nation's military.

As part of the Salute to Service initiative, the Chargers invited families from T.A.P.S. to apply special decals on players' helmets to honor their fallen heroes.

The Bolts invited Southern California marines out for a behind-the-scenes facility tour and meet/greet with players and coaches as part of the team's 'Boots & Bolts' program to thank and honor our nation's military.
