The Chargers are 4-2 after a thrilling 29-27 win over the Dolphins on Sunday.
Here's a game recap from Week 6.
Turning Point
The Chargers trailed 13-9 at the break after a frustrating first half.
But the Bolts came out on fire to open the second half by dominating the third quarter in Miami.
The Chargers received the second-half kickoff and marched 72 yards for a touchdown after the Bolts converted three times on third downs on the drive.
Justin Herbert capped off the sequence with a 5-yard touchdown pass to Ladd McConkey on third down, which marked the wide receiver's second straight game with a score.
The Chargers defense then wasted little time getting off the field as cornerback Benjamin St-Juste picked off Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa on third down.
The takeaway was St-Juste's first interception with the Chargers and the second of his career.
The Bolts, starting at the Miami 37-yard line, quickly took advantage of the turnover as Herbert hit rookie Oronde Gadsden for a 21-yard gain.
That led to a 7-yard touchdown pass from Herbert to Kimani Vidal to give the Chargers a double-digit lead.
The score was Vidal's second career touchdown, both of which came through the air.
Now up 23-13, the Chargers defense kept the pressure on the Dolphins offense by forcing a quick three-and-out that was highlighted by a sack from Tuli Tuipulotu.
Vidal carried the load on the ground as he surpassed 100 rushing yards on the day for his first career day over the century mark.
Miami made it close with a 4-yard touchdown run just before the midway point of the fourth quarter to make it a 26-20 game. But the Bolts offense couldn't bleed the clock before the Dolphins scored a touchdown with under a minute to play.
Herbert and McConkey then saved the Chargers with a 42-yard connection that put the Bolts in the red zone.
Cameron Dicker then hit a 33-yard field goal with just five seconds left to give the Chargers a 2-point lead and the win.
Top Play
Odafe Oweh wasted little time making his mark with the Chargers.
The edge rusher, who was acquired in a trade with the Ravens last week, notched his first sack of the year in the first quarter in Miami.
Oweh, who had 10.0 sacks in 2024 with the Ravens, wrestled Tagovailoa down for a 1-yard loss just past the midway point of the first quarter.
Key Stat
The Chargers offense had no trouble getting into the red zone in the first half as they made three trips inside the 20-yard line.
But the Bolts had to settle for three Cameron Dicker field goals each time as they only managed nine points in the opening half.
The Chargers flipped the script in the second half, however, by scoring twice on their first two red-zone possessions of the third quarter.
