The Chargers are now halfway through their preseason slate.
The Bolts picked up another preseason win Sunday as they earned a 27-13 victory over the Saints at SoFi Stadium.
Here's a game recap from the Chargers second preseason game:
Turning Point
There wasn't much action between the teams in a scoreless opening quarter.
But Caleb Murphy changed that narrative on the first play of the second frame.
The Chargers outside linebacker came screaming around the edge on second-and-9 to tally a strip-sack on Saints quarterback Spencer Rattler.
Justin Eboigbe recovered the fumble at the Saints 33-yard line, which led to the Chargers first points of the game on a 44-yard field goal from Cameron Dicker.
Murphy, who notched 2.0 sacks on the day, has had a strong camp and could find himself on the 53-man roster if he keeps up his stellar play.
Top Play
Hello, Eric Rogers.
The Chargers rookie cornerback put points on the board Sunday when he recorded a pick 6 against Saints quarterback Tyler Shough.
With the Bolts leading 9-3 a few minutes into the third quarter, Shough tried to throw an out route that Rogers read perfectly.
He undercut the throw and fell down but still had time to get up and race 43 yards for the score.
Rogers' touchdown sent the Chargers sideline into a frenzy as the former Rutgers standout was mobbed by his teammates after the score.
Rogers later had a fourth-quarter interception that double his total on the day.
Key Stat
Trey Lance had another productive outing Sunday as he played a turnover-free game.
The Chargers quarterback also showcased his mobility, too, as he used his legs to make multiple key plays against the Saints.
Lance showed off his versatility in the second quarter when he scrambled for 14 yards on third-and-7 to move the chains, later scrambling for 17 yards to get into the red zone.
Lance then capped the drive off with a 5-yard run for the Bolts first touchdown of the day.
The 25-year-old kept another drive alive late in the third quarter when he scrambled for six yards on third-and-5.
All in all, Lance finished with a team-high 48 rushing yards on the afternoon.
