The Chargers have added a third game to wear their all-navy alternate uniforms this season.
The Bolts announced Thursday that they will don their Super Chargers uniforms at home against the Texans in Week 17.
The date and time for the Houston game is still to be determined, but Chargers-Texans tickets are still available for the late December matchup.
The Chargers were originally going to wear powder blue jerseys and white pants but will instead turn to the uniforms they wore in a dominating 37-10 win over the Vikings in Week 8.
The Chargers will also wear the all-navy look in Week 13 against the Raiders. (Go here for Chargers single-game tickets against the Raiders).
The Super Chargers uniforms are a nod to the 1990s - early 2000s era in which the Chargers claimed the AFC Championship, appeared in Super Bowl XXIX and began a run of AFC West titles. By the way, merchandise for the Super Chargers look is available now.
The 2025 update of the team's navy alternate uniform bears a striking resemblance to the original but with several subtle, modern updates. The Bolts will introduce their Super Chargers uniforms on Oct. 23 versus the Minnesota Vikings — the night the team will induct legendary safety Rodney Harrison into the Chargers Hall of Fame.

The new threads are comprised of an all-navy set that includes a modernized helmet (with the identical finish of the previous era).
Think of LaDainian Tomlinson setting the single-season touchdown record, Antonio Gates terrorizing defenses, Junior Seau racking up tackles, Rodney Harrison making his name as 'The Hitman,' and Stan Humphries, Chargers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh (during his playing days) and Philip Rivers throwing the ball all over the yard.
To be clear, the new navy uniforms look a bit different than what the Chargers previously wore.
With Super Chargers stitched in white on the neckline, other notable differences include a smaller bolt on the shoulders, the more streamlined bolt and a player's number on the helmet, modern numbers on the uniform itself with the old-school outline and the simple fact that they will only be worn navy on navy.
The majority of the look, however, is the same: a navy helmet with a navy facemask, a navy jersey with white numbers outlined with gold trim and navy pants with the bolt, filled in with white, on the sides.
