Where the Bolts are Being Picked in Fantasy Drafts

The regular season is right around the corner which means: fantasy football draft season is about to kick into high-gear.  With that in mind, here is a look at where the Bolts are being drafted.

Keenan Allen:  Everyone has heard about the pace he was on last year before getting hurt – a projected 1,400+ yards, 134 receptions and eight TDs.  With those numbers in mind, ESPN's Matthew Berry has Allen listed as one of the WR's he "loves" going into this season and NFL.com has Allen ranked 10th among WR's; his current average draft position (ADP) is 28th overall.

Melvin Gordon:  While fantasy football fans tend to focus on TDs, Gordon amassed over 800 total yards (and 33 receptions!) as a rookie.  Gordon's performance in the first preseason game did not go unnoticed as CBS' Dave Richard labeled him as the RB "making the most noise" and advised to take Gordon in the 5th round.  His current ADP is 69th overall.

Danny Woodhead:  Having a career best season last year, Woodhead finished 10th in standard fantasy scoring among running backs and third in PPR scoring formats.  He is currently being drafted on average as the 33rd RB in ESPN, Yahoo and CBS mock drafts – being taken off the board in the 7th or 8th round with an ADP of 86th.

Philip Rivers: Number 17 is coming off a season in which he led the league in completions and attempts, and finished second in yards. He has been reunited with the offensive coordinator that helped him have his best year in terms of completion percentage and is currently ranked as the 10th QB collectively by the ESPN experts and his current ADP is 96th overall.

Travis Benjamin:  Benjamin proved to be the ultimate home-run threat for the Browns last year.  Now he has an ADP in the 120's with many targeting him in the 10th round.

Antonio Gates:  The ageless tight end averaged just over five receptions per game last season and found the end-zone in just about every other game he played in.  With an ADP of 11th, most target him in the 10th or 11th.
