WEEK 14 — PODIUM AVAILABILITY

Friday, December 6, 2019 | Hoag Performance Center | Costa Mesa, Calif.

LOS ANGELES CHARGERS HEAD COACH ANTHONY LYNN

On the long stretch of games away from home:

"To be honest with you, I haven't really thought much about it. It's just week-to-week getting ready for an opponent. It doesn't matter if it's on the road or if it's at home. It doesn't do you any good to think about it anyway. You still have to play the game wherever they schedule it."

On the team's health:

"I knew at some point that we were going to start to get healthy and get guys back. I was hoping we could hold on [better] until that time came. The guys, they've fought hard. They're going to play hard."

On the week of practice:

"It's been business as usual in practice. Guys are locked in on their jobs, doing our jobs and trying to get better fundamentally. We just know that we have to go into this game and make better decisions, not turn it over. We're going to try to take some away."

On the morale:

"Obviously, we're disappointed with where we are right now in our season. Like I said a couple of days ago, we signed up to play 16 games. That's what we're going to do. It's very important how you finish the season and it's also important that we show each other that in adversity and things not going your way that you fight, that you finish."

On S Derwin James Jr.:

"Of course [he looks better]. He hadn't played since August, so he's looked better every single practice."
