The Miami Dolphins follow a week later on Nov. 13.  December features quarterback Jameis Winston and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Dec. 4 followed by the rival Raiders on Dec. 18.  The Chiefs come to San Diego for the 2016 regular-season finale on Jan. 1.
