Pink's Hot Dogs Set to Unveil "Chargers Chili Cheese"

The iconic Pink's Hot Dogs in Hollywood will unveil the "Chargers Chili Cheese" on Tuesday, March 14 to help welcome the L.A. Chargers to the City of Angels.

The new Chargers Chili Cheese is a special, limited-time menu item, set to help commemorate the Chargers move to Los Angeles. It will feature two nine-inch, all-beef hot dogs in one bun, topped with mustard, chili, nacho cheese and French fries, served alongside a tray of onion rings.

As an added bonus, the first 20 Chargers fans wearing Chargers gear who visit Pink's on Tuesday, March 14 will receive a FREE Chargers Chili Cheese, courtesy of Pink's.

"The Pink family, owner and operator of Pink's Hot Dogs Since 1939, is honored to welcome the Spanos family and the Los Angeles Chargers to LA by featuring on its menu a winning and delicious Chargers Chili Cheese," said Richard Pink, co-owner of Pink's Hot Dogs. "Featuring two hot dogs, mustard, chili, nacho cheese and French fries, the Chargers Chili Cheese is surely enough all-beef for a first down."

"Pink's is an iconic institution in Los Angeles.  We are honored to have one of their famous hot dogs named after our team," said Chargers President-Business Operations A.G. Spanos. "We hope our fans enjoy!"

Located in Hollywood at 709 N. La Brea Ave., at the corner of La Brea and Melrose, Pink's Hot Dogs was founded in 1939 and the restaurant sells more than 1,500 hot dogs on an average day.
