Los Angeles Chargers Announce 2017 Training Camp Schedule

The Los Angeles Chargers today announced the schedule for 2017 Chargers Training Camp. All 12 Chargers practices at Jack Hammett Sports Complex in Costa Mesa, CA are open to the public and free-of-charge. While Training Camp is ticketless and walk-ups are welcome, fans are encouraged to reserve free bleacher seating passes – available on a first come, first served basis – in advance through chargers.com/camp beginning Saturday, July 1.

After reporting for camp on Saturday, July 29, the Chargers take the field for the first time at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, July 30. In addition to the team's Training Camp practices at Jack Hammett Sports Complex, the Chargers will hold a public night practice Wednesday, August 2 at 6:00 p.m. under the lights at LeBard Stadium on the campus of Orange Coast College.

On August 5, the Chargers will open sections of the lower bowl for their practice at StubHub Center to Season Ticket Members, Premium Seat Clients, and members of the Chargers Wait List for the new L.A. Stadium at Hollywood Park. For more information on how to join the Chargers Wait List, fans can visit fightforla.com.

The Chargers will also host joint practices with the Los Angeles Rams and New Orleans Saints during Training Camp.  More information on those practices, including specific dates, will be released in the coming weeks.

The intimate setting of training camp offers fans of all ages a chance to watch practice and cheer for their favorite players within feet of the practice field. Fans also have the opportunity to meet players after practice, receive autographs, enjoy interactive games for all ages and NFL Play 60 games for kids, and meet Charger Girls and great Chargers alumni. The Chargers Team Store will be on site selling all the latest merchandise and apparel, and representatives from the team's Ticket Office will be on hand with information about all Chargers ticket memberships, including season ticket memberships for the team's future home at the L.A. Stadium and Entertainment District at Hollywood Park.

Chargers broadcast partners ABC7, iHeartMedia Los Angeles and its family of radio stations, KFWB FM 980, and KAZA-TV Azteca will all broadcast from select Training Camp practices. ABC7 will originate live segments of its newscast from Jack Hammett Sports Complex on select days and give fans the opportunity to go behind-the-scenes of a broadcast with the channel's unique, on-site pop-up news bureau.
