Introducing Madison Bennett, our Account Executive in Member Services!
Tell us a little bit about what you do at the Chargers.
I'm an Account Executive in our Membership Services department, where I manage season ticket members and serve as their main point of contact. I act as a liaison between members and our organization, providing personalized support and ensuring a seamless experience with tickets and membership services!
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
What I enjoy most about my role is watching our ideas turn into real experiences for our members. In the offseason, we spend time planning and strategizing benefits, events, and programs that keep our season ticket members engaged and connected throughout the year.
Any advice for those trying to get a job in sports?
Don't be afraid to try new things to learn what excites you. Before joining the Chargers, I worked at SoFi Stadium and got to experience game day from a behind-the-scenes perspective. Seeing how much goes into creating a game day experience helped me realize my passion for working in sports—you never know what might click until you experience it!
Dead or alive, which important figures in Black History would you want to have dinner with?
I would love to have dinner with Simone Biles. Her journey from a little girl in gymnastics to becoming one of the most decorated athletes in history is truly inspiring. Beyond her incredible achievements, I admire how openly she's spoken about mental health and the importance of taking care of yourself. Her story is a reminder that resilience, self-belief, and perseverance can carry you through even the toughest challenges.
Tell us about a person who has inspired you and/or impacted your career today:
My mom is my greatest inspiration. I've watched her carry herself through every high and low with strength and grace. She's shown me that challenges are simply part of the journey—and that you shouldn't ever be discouraged for going after the things you want.
Taylor Rooks is another big inspiration for me. Seeing her excel as a sports journalist and broadcaster across both football and basketball is a reminder that you don't have to be placed in a box. If you know you're strong in multiple areas, embrace it and go for every opportunity!
