Season Ticket Policy
2026 Chargers Season Ticket Policy
This Season Ticket Policy (the "Policy") of Chargers Football Company, LLC (the "Chargers") governs the purchase and use of Season Tickets to Los Angeles Chargers games. This Policy applies to the person or entity identified as the account holder ("Account Holder") of season tickets ("Season Tickets") for those certain seats designated in the Account Holder's season ticket account(s) for Los Angeles Chargers games at SoFi Stadium (each a "Game" and collectively, "Games"), as well as anyone using a Season Ticket for entrance to Games. All Account Holders are bound by this Policy, as is anyone who presents a Season Ticket for entrance to a Los Angeles Chargers game.
(1) Season Ticket Accounts
A Season Ticket Account as well as each individual game ticket issued under such account (hereafter "Season Ticket Account") is a revocable license issued for a given NFL season by the Chargers. Season Ticket Accounts and the use of any Season Ticket are subject to the terms, conditions and policies, including without limitation the Chargers Code of Conduct, established by the Chargers in its sole discretion. These policies may be found on the Chargers website and in materials prepared by the Chargers and may also be posted in game locations. Neither a Season Ticket Account, nor the opportunity to establish a Season Ticket Account, constitutes any form of legal, equitable, prescriptive or contractual property right under any applicable law.
This Policy may be modified and supplemented at any time by the Chargers from time to time during the term. The Chargers will publish any updates on this site and will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Account Holders of any changes to the Policy by sending an email to the email address associated with the Season Ticket Account. Any modifications or new policies will be effective when adopted, including immediately in the Season during which they are adopted. By continuing to use the Season Tickets after the Policy changes have been updated, Account Holders are deemed to have accepted any such changes. Account Holders should not rely upon or have any expectation that policies presently applicable to Season Ticket Accounts will continue to apply in the future.
(2) Individual Game Tickets
An individual Game ticket grants the holder of that ticket a revocable license to enter SoFi Stadium for the specified Game, and a spectator seat or location for that Game, on the date and time specified on the ticket. This license may be revoked if the holder fails to comply with the Chargers Code of Conduct, this Policy, other terms and conditions that apply to the use of the ticket, or Chargers or SoFi Stadium employee instructions, and admission refused at the sole discretion of the Chargers. The Chargers reserve the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or fails to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein.
(3) Mobile Ticket Policy
Entry into SoFi Stadium for 2026 Games will require a mobile ticket accessible only by logging on to the My Chargers Account at Chargers.com or through the Official Chargers app on an iPhone or Android device. To better protect our valued customers, there will no longer be any PDF ticket delivery and neither PDF printouts nor on-screen PDF tickets will be allowed for entrance into Games. The Chargers have sole discretion and reserve all rights to adopt policies at any time that can apply with immediate effect to ticket delivery method, format, and use, including mobile-only mechanisms.
Any smartphone or mobile device that has internet capabilities and can access the My Chargers Account at Chargers.com will be able to access mobile tickets. If attendees encounter any problems using their mobile tickets, they should visit the Chargers Ticket Windows at SoFi Stadium, bringing with them photo identification for account verification.
(4) Transfer of Individual Game Tickets; Account Holder Attendance Requirement
Transfer of Individual Game Tickets
Individual Game Tickets may only be transferred or forwarded electronically through My Chargers Account or in their original souvenir stock form. Mobile tickets cannot be transferred as a PDF using any other form of delivery. Neither PDF printouts nor on-screen PDF tickets will be allowed for entrance into the game, or any other format other than specifically permitted by the Chargers. The Chargers reserve all rights on the mechanisms or format of ticket delivery or use, including the use of a mobile-only platform.
Recipients of mobile tickets will be required to create a **My Chargers Account** of their own at Chargers.com to access their tickets. Once recipients receive their tickets on their account, they can use the 'View Your Tickets' option to display their mobile tickets and enter SoFi Stadium.
The Chargers reserve the right to enforce a policy that all Season Tickets should be used by Season Ticket Account Holders and their personal guests. Any Season Ticket or individual Game ticket purchased with the primary purpose of reselling such Season Ticket or individual Game tickets on the secondary market is subject to revocation. Chargers reserve the right to terminate any Account Holder's Season Ticket Account and Season Tickets if the Chargers determine that such Account Holder has engaged in resale of all or any Game tickets.
Account Holder Attendance Requirement
2026-2027 Season and All Subsequent Seasons
If an Account Holder does not use at least one of the Season Tickets in the Account Holder's Season Ticket Account to attend at least two (2) Games during each of the 2026-27 season and all subsequent seasons, the Chargers (i) for the following season, will increase the price of the Account Holder's Season Tickets by an amount up to fifteen percent (15%) more than any standard increase to the price of Season Tickets applicable to any other Season Ticket Account with Season Tickets located in the same section of SoFi Stadium for that following season, and (ii) may elect to revoke or cancel the Account Holder's Season Ticket Account for the following season and thereafter. Note that attendance at Games by a guest of the Account Holder will not satisfy the Account Holder's attendance requirement. Exceptions to the foregoing may be made in the sole discretion of the Chargers.
(5) Transfer of a Season Ticket Account
Season Ticket Accounts are nontransferable without the prior approval of the Chargers. Such approval may be withheld by the Chargers in its sole discretion. The Chargers reserve the right to mandate policies governing the resale of any Chargers Season Tickets, which policies may apply with immediate effect as directed by the Chargers in its sole discretion.
(6) Revocation or Cancellation of a Season Ticket Account
The Chargers retain the right to revoke or cancel a Season Ticket Account without refund for reasons including but not limited to: failure to meet payment deadlines, drunkenness, disorderly behavior, habitual misconduct, fraudulent activity, scalping or improper resale of tickets, changes in Chargers Season Ticket policies, violation of applicable law, government orders, guidelines, or restrictions, violation of any Chargers or SoFi Stadium policies (including without limitation any security policies, fan conduct policies, or health and safety policies or assessments,), conduct that, as determined by the Chargers in its sole discretion, poses a risk to the health and safety of other attendees, or in that (as determined by the Chargers in their sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, the purchase of tickets to Games for the primary purpose and intent of reselling the ticket on the secondary market, or failure to abide by the Chargers Code of Conduct. Account Holders are accountable for the actions of those using the tickets even if the Account Holder is not present. All policies applicable to Season Ticket Account Holders governing the purchase, resale or use of Season Tickets apply with equal effect to anyone who presents a Season Ticket for entrance to a game.
(7) Late Payments, Late Fee
If two (2) or more payments for Season Tickets are made after the scheduled due date for any reason, which may include, but is not limited to, the expiration of the payment card on file or the inability to charge the designated amount to such payment card, the Account Holder will be assessed a late fee ("Late Fee") in an amount calculated as twenty percent (20%) of the total cost of Season Tickets relating to the Season Ticket Account.
(8) Seats Reserved for Those with Disabilities
Certain seats at SoFi Stadium are designated for use by persons with disabilities and their companions. It is a violation of state law for any person who is not disabled to purchase and use tickets for such seats. California Civil Code section 54.3 provides that any person who interferes with the rights of any individual with a disability is liable for money damages of a minimum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) and a maximum (if greater) of three times the amount of actual damages, plus attorney's fees as may be determined by the court.
(9) Seat Locations
The Chargers reserve the right and have sole discretion to relocate the purchaser or holder of any seats if the seats are damaged, destroyed, removed or otherwise rendered unusable in connection with any construction or renovation projects at the stadium or for any other good cause. The Chargers also reserve the right and have sole discretion to relocate a purchaser or holder of any seats if the seat is restricted, unusable, or unavailable in connection with an NFL or government rule or regulation or for any other good cause in connection with public health concerns.
(10) Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except as specifically provided below shall be provided.
Game date and time are subject to change by the NFL under its policies or due to other actions or events beyond the NFL's control. No refund will be made if the holder of the ticket cannot attend. If an Account Holder purchases a ticket for a game to be played at SoFi Stadium, and the Chargers play the game elsewhere than the SoFi Stadium, or if it is cancelled and not rescheduled, the sole remedy shall be refund of the original ticket purchase price.
(11) International Games
The National Football League has the ability to require any home Game initially contemplated to be played at SoFi Stadium to be relocated to be played in a location outside of the United States (each, an "International Game"). Season Tickets do not include any right for the Account Holder (or any other party) to attend an International Game, and no Account Holder will be entitled to a refund in connection with an International Game.
**(12) Individual Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver ("Arbitration Agreement")
**
The Account Holder and the Chargers (each a "Party", and together, the "Parties") each may unilaterally elect to resolve any and all claims and disputes whatsoever, including, but not limited to those relating in any way to this Policy, the Season Ticket Account and/or any Season Tickets, or any of the Parties' dealings with one another during any current or future season ("Claim" or "Claims"), except for claims concerning the validity, scope or enforceability of this Arbitration Agreement, through BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION. This Arbitration Agreement involves interstate commerce and its enforceability and interpretation and the arbitration procedures to be employed hereunder shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16 ("FAA"), and not by state law. The substantive merits of the Claims arbitrated hereunder, however, shall be decided under and governed by the laws of the State of California.
If either Party seeks to have a dispute settled by arbitration, that Party must first send to the other Party, by certified mail, a written Notice of Intent to Arbitrate ("Arbitration Notice"). If the Parties do not reach an agreement to resolve the Claim within thirty (30) days after the Arbitration Notice is received, the Parties agree that the Claim will be resolved by a final and binding arbitration proceeding with JAMS, Inc. ("JAMS") in Los Angeles County, California under the Optional Expedited Arbitration Procedures then in effect. You may obtain information about arbitration, arbitration procedures, and fees from JAMS by calling 800-352-5267 or visiting jamsadr.com. If JAMS is unable or unwilling to arbitrate a dispute, then the dispute may be referred to any other arbitration organization or arbitrator that both Parties agree upon in writing or that is appointed pursuant to section 5 of the FAA.
The Parties agree that, except as otherwise expressly required by JAMS rules, (i) the Party filing arbitration shall pay all JAMS filing fees and reasonable administrative fees and arbitrator's fees up to the amount that the Party would have had to pay in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Los Angeles, and any additional JAMS filing fees or administrative fees or arbitrator's fees shall be paid by the Chargers; (ii) thereafter, each party shall bear its own arbitration costs and fees, including witness fees and attorneys' fees; and (iii) if the arbitrator finds that either the substance of the Claims of any Party or the relief sought by any Party is frivolous or brought for an improper purpose (as measured by the standards set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b)), then the arbitrator shall award the other party all of its costs and fees of the arbitration, including witness and reasonable attorneys' fees.
The Parties agree and understand that if arbitration is elected, (1) their dispute will be decided by an arbitrator rather than by a judge or jury; (2) in arbitration discovery rights are more limited than in court, and there is no right to appeal for errors of fact or law by the arbitrator; and (3) neither Party will have the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration or collective action or consolidated action that aggregates the claims of more than one claimant. The Parties each understand and agree that by allowing each other to elect to resolve any dispute through individual arbitration, EACH PARTY IS WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL IN COURT BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY. IF EITHER PARTY ELECTS ARBITRATION, THE APPLICABLE DISPUTE SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, COLLECTIVE ACTION OR ANY SIMILAR PROCEEDING THAT AGGREGATES THE CLAIMS OF MORE THAN ONE CLAIMANT. The arbitrator(s) may not consolidate the claims of multiple parties.
The arbitrator shall be authorized to award any relief that would have been available in court, provided that the arbitrator's authority is limited to the Chargers and Account Holder alone, except as otherwise specifically stated herein. No arbitration decision will have any preclusive effect as to non-parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. The Chargers and Account Holder agree that this Arbitration Agreement extends to any other parties involved in any Claims, including but not limited to those Account Holder permits to use Account Holder's Season Tickets and relevant Chargers employees, affiliated companies and vendors. This Arbitration Agreement shall take precedence over the rules of the arbitration organization or arbitrator in the event of any conflict.
Notwithstanding any other provision herein, the Parties may each seek relief in a small claims court for Claims within its jurisdiction. In addition, either Party may exercise any lawful rights to seek provisional remedies or self-help, without waiving the right to arbitrate by doing so. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Arbitration Agreement, if the foregoing class action waiver and prohibition against class arbitration is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then this entire Arbitration Agreement shall be void. If any portion of this Arbitration Agreement other than the class action waiver and prohibition against class arbitration is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not invalidate the remaining portions of this Arbitration Agreement. This Arbitration Agreement will survive the termination of any Season Ticket Account and any related agreement, Account Holder's fulfillment or default of Account Holder's obligations under any Season Ticket Account or Season Ticket plan or any related agreement, and/or Account Holder's or the Chargers' bankruptcy or insolvency (to the extent permitted by applicable law).
ACCOUNT HOLDER HAS THE RIGHT TO REJECT THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, BUT ACCOUNT HOLDER MUST EXERCISE THIS RIGHT PROMPTLY AS SET FORTH BELOW. If Account Holder does not wish to be bound by this Arbitration Agreement, Account Holder must notify the Chargers in writing within thirty (30) days after the date Account Holder agrees to this Policy. Account Holder must send such a request to: Chargers Football Company, LLC, One Chargers Way, El Segundo, California, 90245, Attn: Legal Department. The request must include Account Holder's full name, address, account number, and the statement "I reject the Arbitration Agreement contained in my Los Angeles Chargers season ticket plan." If Account Holder exercises Account Holder's right to reject arbitration, the other terms of this Policy (and other applicable agreements between the Parties) shall remain in full force and effect as if Account Holder had not rejected arbitration.
(13) Limitation on Liability
BY PURCHASING AND/OR USING SEASON TICKETS TO CHARGERS GAMES, THE ACCOUNT HOLDER, AS WELL AS ANYONE USING A SEASON TICKET FOR ENTRANCE TO A CHARGERS GAME, VOLUNTARILY WAIVES ANY CLAIMS AGAINST THE CHARGERS, STADIUM OPERATOR, PROMOTER, SPONSORS, PARTICIPANTS, THE NFL, AND ITS OTHER MEMBER CLUBS, NFL PROPERTIES, SPONSORS, MEDIA PARTNERS, AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE RELATED PARTIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSEES, ADVERTISERS, BROADCASTERS OR AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, "CHARGERS AND NFL PARTIES"), FOR ALL RISKS OF BODILY INJURY, CRIME, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR THEFT THAT MAY OCCUR ON ANY PART OF THE STADIUM PREMISES (INCLUDING THE PARKING LOT) PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER THE GAME. THE CHARGERS AND NFL PARTIES' LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF ANY TERM OF THIS POLICY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL TICKET PURCHASE PRICE. THE CHARGERS AND NFL PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. BY TENDERING A TICKET AND ENTERING SOFI STADIUM, THE ACCOUNT HOLDER, AS WELL AS ANYONE USING A SEASON TICKET FOR ENTRANCE, CONSENTS TO SEARCHES OF PERSON AND BELONGINGS AND TO CONFISCATION OF PROHIBITED ITEMS AND WAIVES ANY RELATED CLAIMS AGAINST THE CHARGERS AND NFL PARTIES. FAILURE TO CONSENT TO SUCH SEARCHES WILL RESULT IN EXCLUSION OF THE ACCOUNT HOLDER, AS WELL AS ANYONE USING THE ACCOUNT HOLDER'S TICKET, FROM SOFI STADIUM. THE ACCOUNT HOLDER HEREBY AGREES AND CONSENTS TO THE FULL RELEASE OF HIS/HER BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION AND REPORTS, CITATIONS, NOTES, OR CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS DRAFTED OR MAINTAINED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT RELATING TO HIS/HER ACTS AT SOFI STADIUM NECESSITATING CONTACT BY LAW ENFORCEMENT, BY THE CHARGERS OR ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS.
