The Chargers and Nike continued their longstanding partnership to expand access and inclusion in football through girls flag initiatives. Over the past year, the organizations hosted camps for middle school athletes, creating opportunities for young players to learn the game, build confidence, and connect with role models in the sport. Participants received on-field instruction from high school athletes alongside Chargers defensive back Benjamin St-Juste, reinforcing the importance of mentorship and peer leadership in growing the game.The programming also included a special event at the Chargers' facility, The Bolt, where participants took part in drills led by tight end Oronde Gadsden. The day concluded with a discussion featuring women leaders from across the sports industry who are part of the Chargers Social Club, providing the athletes with insight into career opportunities in sports and inspiring them both on and off the field.
