The Chargers partnered with Compton Unified School District to host an e-sports tournament between four CUSD high schools to promote interest in STEM careers. The winning team from Compton High School was awarded free tickets to the Bolts' Week 15 matchup against the Minnesota, as well as several other prizes that encouraged the pursuit of jobs in the science and technology field.

The Chargers team up with the Bikes for Kids Foundation for the 15th straight year to surprise students from Bennett-Kew Elementary School with bikes in the holiday season.

The Los Angeles Chargers teamed up with California Resources Corporation, After-School All-Stars, Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) to host a Fútbol Americano 101 Jr. Training Camp for students at Belvedere Middle School in East Los Angeles. Former Chargers cornerback Antoine Cason and the Charger Girls taught kids NFL-style drills and showed them how to be active and healthy after school.

The 2019 Bolts rookie class taught over 200 kids at Centinela Elementary how to do football drills and the importance of playing 60 minutes each day with the help of the Inglewood police department and former Chargers Hall of Famer LaDainian Tomlinson.

Henry Wat was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy when he was 6 years old. The Chargers invited Henry and his family to a training camp practice and the preseason game against the Saints to help him meet his Chargers QB idols: Philip Rivers and Dan Fouts.

Chargers donate $10,000 to Magnolia High School to replace equipment lost in a fire.

Through the Lynn Family Foundation, head coach Anthony Lynn helped build a school in a rural area of Tanzania, benefiting about 300 kids in grades K-3.
