When will the 2022 NFL schedule be released?
The NFL schedule is typically released in mid to late April.
How can I upgrade or add-on seats?
We'll have our Season Ticket Member upgrade event after this season ends. As a Season Ticket Member, you will have first choice of available seating when the time comes. More details to be shared soon!
Can I purchase a parking pass for the 2022 season?
Yes, you can log into your Chargers Account Manager to add season parking. Make sure to use a browser and not the Chargers App.
My friend wants to buy season tickets near me. How can I do that?

Payments & Policies
When is the last payment date for season tickets?
The final payment due date is August 15, 2022.
Will I lose my account seniority or seats if I do not participate in the 2022 season?
You must Bolt Up for 2022 to retain seniority and guarantee your seat locations.
How do I pay for my tickets?
To pay for your tickets please log into your Chargers Account Manager by clicking here. Once logged in, please select your 2022 invoice for payment options.
Are there payment plans available?
Yes, there is a payment plan available. Your dedicated Account Executive can take care of that for you! Or give us a call at 1-877-CHARGERS (242-7437) ext. 2!
10-Month Payment Plan Options:
- Payments are taken on the 15th of each month from November to August
- Cards must remain valid for the full duration of the payment plan (expire after August 2022).
Are there extra fees, or interest, associated with the season ticket payment plans?
Season ticket payment plans are interest-free and there are no fees associated with signing up for the payment plan, with the exception of a $4 handling fee.
What types of payment are accepted?
Major credit cards accepted are Visa, American Express and Mastercard. We do not accept Discover cards. Members may also pay by check by making the check out to Los Angeles Chargers and mailing to 3333 Susan Street Costa Mesa, CA 92626.
Can I pay with cash?
No, cash is not accepted.
Where can I view my invoice? Will my invoice include my account credit?
To view your invoice please log into your Chargers Account Manager by clicking here. Once logged in, please select your 2022 invoice to view your balance.
I believe there is a discrepancy on my invoice, or I have a general invoice question. Who should I contact?

How do I update the credit card on file?
To update your credit card on file, please log into your Chargers Account Manager by clicking here. Once logged in, please select your 2022 invoice for payment options. Credit cards must be updated at least one business day in advance of reoccurring monthly payment dates.
Will my payment plan installments be automatically charged?
Yes, payments will be automatically charged. Once Members have signed up for a payment plan, no further action is needed!
Can I pay off my tickets early if I'm on a payment plan?
If you would like to pay off your tickets early, or make an early installment payment, please log into your Chargers Account Manager by clicking here.
Are there additional fees for my seats?
There is a flat $4 handling fee that you will see on your invoice.
I need to update my mailing address. Where can I do that?
Please make sure to verify or update your contact information prior to the renewal deadline. Changes to your contact information (mailing address and phone number(s) associated with your account) can be updated online through your Chargers Account Manager.
I need to update my email address. Where can I do that?
Your email address can be updated by emailing your valid photo ID and the new email address requested to your dedicated Account Executive or email Guest.Services@chargers.nfl.com.
I need to reset my Chargers Account Manager password. Where can I do that?
Passwords can be reset, if lost or forgotten, by clicking here, selecting "Sign In" in the upper right corner of the page, and then "Forgot Password".
Can I transfer ownership of my tickets to a friend or family member?
Season ticket accounts are non-transferable. The Season Ticket Member of record is responsible for their account. For more information regarding our ticket policies, please visit L.A. Chargers Season Ticket Policy.
Can I add my spouse to my account?
The Season Ticket Member of record may add their spouse to their account. We ask that you, email or mail a copy of both valid photo IDs and a copy of the marriage certificate for review.

When can I manage my tickets?
Accounts that are season-ticket & SSL compliant will be able to manage their tickets after the release of the season schedule.
How will my season tickets be delivered for the 2022 season?
Season tickets will not be provided in paper or hard ticket form and will be made available as mobile tickets only. Season tickets may only be transferred or forwarded electronically, however, there are no additional restrictions on transfer beyond the electronic format. PDF ticket delivery methods are not considered mobile and will not allow entrance into the game. Chargers ticket policies may be found here.
Does my child need a ticket?
Children under three years of age do not require a ticket. They must, however, sit on the lap of a ticketed adult. Strollers are prohibited for Chargers games at SoFi Stadium.
What if I would like to purchase ADA seating?
SoFi Stadium provides a range of accessible and wheelchair seating options throughout the stadium. These tickets are available as a season ticket purchase. If you need assistance, please contact the Chargers Ticket Office at 1-877-CHARGERS (242-7437) ext. 1. For single game ADA seating, please visit www.chargers.com to get tickets there once available.
What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except as specifically provided below shall be provided. Game date and time are subject to change by the NFL under its policies or due to other actions or events beyond the NFL's control. No refund will be made if the holder of the ticket cannot attend. If the Chargers play the game elsewhere than SoFi Stadium, or if it is cancelled and not rescheduled, the sole remedy shall be refund of the original ticket purchase price.
Where can I access and manage my tickets?
When is my SSL payment due?
If you are on a financing plan for your SSL, your next SSL financing payment is charged annually on March 1st.

How will parking be handled?
Parking priority will be fulfilled based on Season Ticket Member tenure and current payment status. More information regarding parking can be found here.
Will I have an assigned parking space?
Parking passes will allow access to specific parking zones, but Season Ticket Members will not receive a designated parking space.
Will my parking be the same for all future seasons?
Parking zones are subject to change annually due to the construction of the district surrounding SoFi Stadium. Access to season parking passes and zones are based on membership level.
Will I be able to tailgate before the game?
A limited number of tailgating spots are available in the PINK ZONE only. Tailgating spaces consist of a 9ft by 18ft parking stall with a 9ft by 6ft tailgating section behind the parked vehicle. Tailgating in lots other than the Pink Zone will be strictly prohibited and enforced. All parking lots open 4 hours prior to kickoff. For more information regarding parking can be found here.
Will you require vaccination records, or negative COVID-19 tests to attend games?
We will comply with the health and safety guidelines outlined by SoFi Stadium, the CDC, and local health and government officials. Currently, all fans in attendance over the ages of 12 must provide proof of either COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours of gameday. Children under 12 do not need a negative test result for entry, but along with all other fans, must continue to wear a mask. More information can be found here.
What is the bag policy at SoFi Stadium?
To continue improving safety measures for all fans, effective immediately SoFi Stadium has implemented a policy that will limit the size and type of bags permitted to enter the stadium. This policy, which will enhance stadium safety and expedite entry to the stadium, will apply to all events hosted at any of the SoFi Stadium venues.
SoFi Stadium and the Chargers advise fans not to bring bags of any kind to the stadium for events. Bags that adhere to the below standards will be permitted to enter SoFi Stadium:
- Bags that are clear plastic or clear vinyl and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Small clutch bags with or without a handle or strap, not exceeding 4.5" x 6.5"
*Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.
Is smoking allowed at SoFi Stadium?
SoFi Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not allowed inside or near the stadium.
