Vega Ioane, Offensive Linemen Wrap Up 2026 NFL Combine on Sunday

Day6CombineRecap

Things are winding down at the 2026 NFL Combine after a busy week in Indianapolis.

Sunday marked the final day of on-field workouts, where a big group of offensive linemen took the field as the last position at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Penn State guard Vega Ioane, the consensus top interior offensive line prospect, participated in a handful of drills along with the long list of fellow linemen.

Whether it was work in the timed drills, wave drill or long pull, the offensive line members were able to show off their repertoire in a long day of work on Sunday.

The Main Takeaway

Ioane showed just why he's rated as highly as he is.

The Penn State guard did not run the 40-yard dash in Indianapolis but looked smooth during his work in the movement drills and made his case for why he's one of the better linemen in the class.

He highlighted what was a day with a ton of top prospects participating in drills, as Utah's Spencer Fano, Georgia's Monroe Freeling, Alabama's Kadyn Proctor and Arizona State's Max Iheanachor were some of the many that took part and impressed.

A number of interior prospects also caught some eyes, as Texas A&M's Chase Bisontis enjoyed a strong day.

Bisontis, The Athletic's Dane Brugler's second ranked guard in this class, had the third-best time in the three-cone drill among his group at 7.53 seconds.

He also impressed with his work in the mirror drills, showing off his movement skills in addition to a solid 5.02-second 40-yard dash.

Oregon's Emmanuel Pregnon also put together a strong day, wow'ing with his athleticism as he had a 35-inch vertical jump at 6-foot-4, 314 pounds and a strong showing during the drills.

In terms of center prospects, Iowa's Logan Jones had the highlight of the day with the fastest 40-yard dash of the day at 4.90 seconds and had a solid performance.

As did Kansas State's Sam Hecht, the Wildcats' center who had a 4.71-second performance in the 20-yard shuttle drill and the fourth-fastest 10-yard split at 1.73 seconds.

The offensive line class showed off it's depth on Sunday, as Alabama center Parker Brailsford, Iowa guard Gennings Dunker, Georgia Tech guard Keylan Rutledge and Texas A&M center Trey Zuhn all added to the vast number of impressive performances.

Tweet of the Day

Tuli Tuipulotu's power he's shown in his three seasons in the NFL should come as no surprise when you look at his Combine performance.

During one of his drills in Indianapolis in the leadup to his draft Tuipulotu showed off just how powerful he was, knocking back the bag into the person holding it during the pass rush drill.

A Peek Ahead

The Combine officially wraps up on Monday.

The offensive linemen will get their chance to do the bench press before they depart Indianapolis, the final workout after a week at Lucas Oil Stadium.
