Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert (left hand) is active and will play Monday night against the Eagles.
Herbert underwent successful surgery last Monday on a broken bone in his left hand suffered in Week 13 against the Raiders.
Herbert sounded optimistic Wednesday that he'd be out there in primetime.
"Yeah, that's the plan. To prepare as if I'm going to play," Herbert said Wednesday.
Rookie running back Omarion Hampton, who was activated to the 53-man roster earlier Monday, is also active.
Defensive lineman Otito Ogbonnia (elbow) and running back Hassan Haskins (hamstring) are also active after both were added to the 53-man roster Monday afternoon.
As for the Chargers inactive players for Week 14 against the Eagles, the group includes tight end Tyler Conklin and offensive tackle Austin Deculus.
A quartet of rookies — Nikko Reed, Kyle Kennard, KeAndre Lambert-Smith and Dalevon Campbell, are all inactive.
The Chargers and Philadelphia Eagles kick off Monday at 5:15 p.m. (PT) from SoFi Stadium.
