Everything You Need to Know For LA Chargers at StubHub Center
For those making their first trip to StubHub Center, located in Carson on the campus of Cal State Dominguez Hills, here is everything you need to know:
When to Arrive
Parking lots at StubHub Center open four (4) hours prior to each Los Angeles Chargers home game.
The Southwest and Southeast stadium gates will open three and a half (3.5) hours prior to kickoff to access the San Manuel Club and south plaza.
The seating bowl will open two (2) hours prior to kickoff.
Parking Lots Open: 4 hours prior to kickoff
Box Office Opens: 4 hours prior to kickoff
Premium Experiences Open: 3.5 hours prior to kickoff
SW & SE Stadium Gates Open: 3.5 hours prior to kickoff
NE & NW Stadium Gates Open: 2 hours prior to kickoff
Seating Bowl Opens: 2 hours prior to kickoff
Parking and Transportation
Fans with pre-purchased parking passes are permitted to park at StubHub Center for Los Angeles Chargers games. Those with passes can click here for directions to their parking lots. Chargers Season Ticket Members can pre-purchase season parking by calling 1-877-CHARGERS. Limit one parking pass per account. For ease of entrance, all StubHub Center parking lots will be subject to directed parking (directed to a specific parking space upon entrance). RVs and oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking lots.
For those that do not have a pre-purchased parking pass:
The best way to ensure convenient parking is to pre-purchase a season parking pass by calling 1-877-CHARGERS. Pre-purchased parking passes are not available for purchase on day of game.
Day of game parking is available for purchase in the Silver ($100) and Red ($40) Lots on a first-come, first-served basis. Enter Gate B or D for the Silver Lots or Gate G or H for the Red Lots. See map here. Parking gates open at 9:00 a.m. on gameday.
Parking is limited at StubHub Center for Season Ticket Members who have not pre-purchased parking passes.
Free parking is available at the Harbor Gateway Transit Center and the Del Amo Station. Park for free and take the complimentary Chargers Express to and from StubHub Center.
Parking in surrounding neighborhoods is prohibited.

Single game ADA seating can be purchased through Ticketmaster online or by calling 1-800-745-3000. ADA tickets can also be purchased on gameday at the Northwest Box Office.

Clear Bag Policy at StubHub Center
To continue improving safety measures for all fans, effective immediately StubHub Center has implemented a policy that will limit the size and type of bags permitted to enter the stadium. This new policy, which will enhance stadium safety and expedite entry to the stadium, will apply to all events hosted at any of the StubHub Center venues. StubHub Center and the Chargers advise fans not to bring bags of any kind to the stadium for events.
Reusable bags that adhere to the below standards will be permitted to enter StubHub Center:
Reusable bags that are clear plastic or clear vinyl and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”, can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: weapons of any kind, bottles, cans, coolers, strollers, purses larger than a clutch bag, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage, computer bags, and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size. Factory-sealed plastic bottled water, 20 oz. or less (limit two per person), are allowed into the stadium. All items are subject to search and may not be admitted. Any object that can be considered or used as a weapon is not allowed inside the stadium. Objects with sharp edges or tips, including all metal and hard plastic costume accessories, are not allowed inside the stadium. Helmets and plastic head wear are allowed providing the item does not resemble the definitions above.
Other items that are prohibited from entering the stadium include, but are not limited to: sticks (including selfie sticks), inflatable objects, laser pointers, flammable objects, stun guns, fireworks, lawn furniture, spray bottles, sports bottles, beach balls, frisbees, musical instruments, boomerangs, knives, mace and pepper spray, chains, balloons, sports balls, water guns, rollerblades, skates, scooters, noise-making devices, and umbrellas.
StubHub Center prohibits the wearing of masks or costumes covering the face of any kind while passing through stadium security upon entry, on the concourse and at all concession/merchandise locations. Masks or facial coverings may be worn, however, within the stadium bowl in the ticketed seating area. Additionally, costume pieces (e.g., shoulder pads or props) that do not conceal identity may be worn, but must pass through stadium metal detectors and are subject to further security screening.
Seat cushions are permitted but cannot contain any pockets, zippers, compartments or metal.

Tailgating is permitted in the Gold, Silver, Bronze and Platinum lots. Please see the parking map here for complete tailgating designations. Additional information on tailgating can be found here, along with details on the Chargers Express which offers fans free non-stop shuttles to and from StubHub Center for Chargers home games. Tailgating of any kind, with or without alcohol consumption, is prohibited in the Red, Blue and Green lots on the campus of California State University, Dominguez Hills.
Instructions for Mobile Ticket Users
In order to access your mobile tickets you will need to use your Smartphone. You will be able to access your tickets by visiting Chargers.com on your mobile device, and clicking on My Account Manager located at the top right of the page. Be sure to use the e-mail address and password linked to your account. Your ‘NEXT EVENT’ will be the first thing shown. Click ‘VIEW’ and your barcode will populate. If you wish to view a future event, click ‘ALL EVENTS’. Please refer to our Mobile Ticket FAQ should you have further questions. There will no longer be any PDF ticket delivery. Neither PDF printouts nor on-screen PDF tickets will be allowed for entrance into the game.
Bud Light Good Sport Program
Be a GOOD SPORT at Chargers games by pledging to be a Designated Driver on gameday. If you’re 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license, sign up at the kiosk on the concourse located near section 105 to receive a coupon redeemable for a soft drink during the game. It will open at 11 a.m. and close after the first quarter.
Code of Conduct
The Chargers are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all fans, both in the stadium and its vicinity, including in the parking lot. We want everyone attending our games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion.
Attendees who demonstrate inappropriate or disruptive behavior, including but not limited to the following, are subject to ejection from the premises, and Season Ticket Members risk losing their season ticket account and/or parking privileges for:
Excessive consumption of alcohol
Obscene, offensive, or abusive language or actions
Fighting, or otherwise dangerous, abusive or profane behavior
Unruly or inconsiderate behavior
Indecent exposure or undressing, wearing obscene or indecent clothing
Smoking outside of designated area(s)
Scalping or other improper resale of tickets
Failing to follow instruction from stadium personnel
Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans
Interfering with security procedures
Interfering with the progress of the game, going onto or attempting to go onto the field or throwing or attempting to throw any object onto the field; and any other action warranting ejection and/or confiscation of game tickets
Event patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets. Even if Season Ticket Members give away or sell their tickets to a game, the account holder is accountable for the actions of those using the tickets. Accounts can be forfeited partially or entirely for violations of the Code of Conduct, whether in the stadium or in its vicinity, including the parking lot, and whether before, during, or after games.
