Bolts Book Club Takes on Baldwin Hills Elementary School

The Chargers Impact Fund brought Bolts Book Club to Baldwin Hills, the former elementary school of LB Daiyan Henley, for a special Scholastic Book Fair and interactive read-along. Henley returned to his alma mater to visit second- and third-grade classrooms, encouraging students to dream big and keep working hard.

Snoop & Housh Championship Weekend Presented by Nike

The Snoop & Housh Flag League, created by the Chargers Impact Fund in partnership with Snoop Dogg and TJ Houshmandzadeh, celebrated its Opening Day this past weekend. Open to boys and girls from kindergarten through 8th grade, the league serves youth from across the Los Angeles area, with locations in El Segundo and Cerritos. The event marked the official start of the league's second season, featuring t-shirt giveaways, performances by the Thunderbolts drumline, and appearances by TJ Houshmandzadeh at both locations.

Bolts Host 6th Annual T.A.P.S. Visit Ahead of Salute to Service Game

The Bolts hosted their second Boots and Bolts visit presented by Verizon, welcoming five families from the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (T.A.P.S.). Families were treated to a special tour of the facility followed by a post-practice meet-and-greet with players. During the visit, each family shared their Fallen Hero's story and placed their hero's initials on the players' helmets in honor of Sunday's game.

Meet Zeus: The Newest Member of the Chargers Pup Fam!

The Chargers have partnered with Easterseals to welcome Zeus, a former shelter dog, as the newest member of the team's Chargers Pup program. In partnership with Paws for Life K9 Rescue, the program has followed the journeys of former shelter dogs as they train to become service animals for military veterans. Over the next six to eight months, Zeus will undergo training inside local state prisons to become a certified service animal. During this time, he'll also make regular appearances at Chargers games and community events!
