Donation Requests

Last year, the San Diego Chargers generosity was extended to over 2,500 non-profit organizations throughout San Diego County

The San Diego Chargers are happy to assist the San Diego community with donations of Chargers memorabilia and other items for auctions, raffles and events. The Chargers use these donations of memorabilia as one way of supporting the thousands of great organizations in San Diego.

Because of the thousands of requests we receive annually, the Chargers only accept requests from charitable, non-profit organizations, schools, and youth sports organizations that are located in the state of California. If you would like to request a donation for your event or organization, please mail your request to:

Please take the following policies and procedures into consideration when submitting your request:

Due to the tremendous volume of requests, all requests must be received 4-6 weeks prior to the event.
All requests must be submitted in writing on official letterhead. Letters must contain the date of the event, the contact person's name, phone number and address, the type of fundraiser, and who proceeds will benefit.
The Chargers can not accept fan merchandise for the purpose of autographing. Items sent to the Chargers will be returned to the sender immediately.
Unless otherwise stated, an organization will receive one item per year in an attempt to help the greatest number of people and organizations possible.

Due to the large volume of requests we receive on a daily basis there are no exceptions to the above guidelines. Our policies allow us to be very generous with our donations, but submitting a request does not guarantee your organization will receive a donation. Emails and faxes will not be accepted, No phone calls please.
