Can I be placed into the Super Bowl drawing?

Season Ticket Members interested in a potential opportunity to purchase Super Bowl tickets should submit a letter to the address below or email your Guest Services Representative.

A limited number of Super Bowl tickets will be available to Season Ticket Members for purchase through a random drawing based on longevity. If selected, you will be notified by the Chargers Ticket Office. If the Los Angeles Chargers are participating in the Super Bowl, every Season Ticket Member will be entered into the drawing.

Payments & Policies

Will I lose my account seniority or seats if I do not participate in the 2021 season?

You must Bolt Up for 2021 to retain seniority and guarantee your seat locations.

If I Bolt Up for 2021, and COVID affects the season, what happens?

As we did in 2020, we will make sure that we are taking care of our Season Ticket Members as our top priority. You will never pay for seats that are unavailable to be used.

Am I able to get a refund of the season ticket monies paid in 2020?

At this time the 2020 Los Angeles Chargers season has concluded. Any monies paid on your account have been moved towards your 2021 season tickets.

How do I pay for my tickets?

To pay for your tickets please log into your Chargers Account Manager by clicking here. Once logged in, please select your 2021 invoice for payment options.

Are there payment plans available?

Yes, payment plans are available. Your Guest Service Representative can take care of that for you! Or give us a call at 1-877-CHARGERS (242-7437) ext. 2!

Monthly Payment Plan Options:

  • Payments are taken on the 15th of each month through June 15, 2021.
  • Cards must remain valid for the full duration of the payment plan (expire after June 2021).

Are there extra fees, or interest, associated with the season ticket payment plans?

Season ticket payment plans are interest-free and there are no fees associated with signing up for the payment plan.

What types of payment are accepted?

Major credit cards accepted are Visa, American Express and Mastercard. We do not accept Discover cards. Members may also pay by check by making the check out to Los Angeles Chargers and mailing to Po Box 4007, Inglewood, CA, 90309.

Can I pay with cash?

No, cash is not accepted.

Where can I view my invoice? Will my invoice include my account credit?

To view your invoice please log into your Chargers Account Manager by clicking here. Once logged in, please select your 2021 invoice to view your balance and any 2020 account credit.

I believe there is a discrepancy on my invoice, or I have a general invoice question. Who should I contact?

How do I update the credit card on file?

To update your credit card on file, please log into your Chargers Account Manager by clicking here. Once logged in, please select your 2021 invoice for payment options. Credit cards must be updated at least one business day in advance of reoccurring monthly payment dates.

Will my payment plan installments be automatically charged?

Yes, payments will be automatically charged. Once Members have signed up for a payment plan, no further action is needed!

Can I pay off my tickets early if I'm on a payment plan?

If you would like to pay off your tickets early, or make an early installment payment, please log into your Chargers Account Manager by clicking here.

Are there additional fees for my seats?

There is a flat $4 handling fee that you will see on your invoice.

I need to update my mailing address. Where can I do that?

Please make sure to verify or update your contact information prior to the renewal deadline. Changes to your contact information (mailing address and phone number(s) associated with your account) can be updated online through your Account Manager.

I need to update my email address. Where can I do that?

Your email address can be updated by emailing your valid photo ID and the new email address requested to your Guest Services Representative or to Guest.Services@chargers.nfl.com.

I need to reset my Chargers Account Manager password. Where can I do that?

Passwords can be reset, if lost or forgotten, by clicking here, selecting "Sign In" in the upper right corner of the page, and then "Forgot Password".

Can I transfer ownership of my tickets to a friend or family member?

Season ticket accounts are non-transferable. The Season Ticket Member of record is responsible for their account. For more information regarding our ticket policies, please visit L.A. Chargers Season Ticket Policy.

Can I add my spouse to my account?

The Season Ticket Member of record may add their spouse to their account. We ask that you, email or mail a copy of both valid photo IDs and a copy of the marriage certificate for review.

When can I manage my tickets?

Accounts that are season ticket & SSL compliant will be able to manage their tickets after the release of the season schedule.

How will my season tickets be delivered for the 2021 season?

Season tickets will not be provided in paper or hard ticket form and will be made available as mobile tickets only. Season tickets may only be transferred or forwarded electronically, however, there are no additional restrictions on transfer beyond the electronic format. PDF ticket delivery methods are not considered mobile and will not allow entrance into the game. Chargers ticket policies may be found here.

Is there a maximum number of seats that Season Ticket Members can buy at SoFi Stadium?

At this time, you may purchase up to a maximum of 8 total season tickets, if available. You will be unable to relocate your seats for the 2021 season once you have purchased. For the 2021 season, each household (for individuals) or establishment (for businesses or entities) can purchase up to 8 season tickets for games at SoFi Stadium. For example, a husband and wife in the same household are subject to an 8-seat limit together and not 8 seats each. Any household or establishment seeking to exceed the 8-seat limit can only do so with specific approval, in the Chargers' sole discretion, from the Chargers Ticket Office (which may be contacted by email at guest.services@chargers.nfl.com).

Does my child need a ticket?

Children under three years of age do not require a ticket. They must, however, sit on the lap of a ticketed adult. Strollers are prohibited for Chargers Games at SoFi Stadium.

Are there Premium Seating options?

Yes. Please call 1-877-CHARGERS (242-7437) ext. 1 and to speak with a Premium Experiences Representative or click here for more information on premium seating.

What if I would like to purchase ADA seating?

SoFi Stadium provides a range of accessible and wheelchair seating options throughout the stadium. These tickets are available as a season ticket purchase. If you need assistance, please contact the Chargers Ticket Office at 1-877-CHARGERS (242-7437) ext. 1. For single game ADA seating, please visit www.chargers.com to get tickets there once available.

What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except as specifically provided below shall be provided. Game date and time are subject to change by the NFL under its policies or due to other actions or events beyond the NFL's control. No refund will be made if the holder of the ticket cannot attend. If the Chargers play the game elsewhere than SoFi Stadium, or if it is cancelled and not rescheduled, the sole remedy shall be refund of the original ticket purchase price.

Where can I access and manage my tickets?

Tickets can be accessed and managed through your Chargers Account Manager via the official Chargers App or desktop computer.

I chose to have my 2020 payment roll over to 2021. Where do I see my account credit?

Account credit from the 2020 season is available to view on 2021 invoices.

When is my SSL payment due?

If you are on a financing plan for your SSL, your next SSL financing payment is charged annually on March 1st.

Am I able to transfer my SSL prior to paying for 2021 season tickets?

SSL's are not available for transfer until the 2021 season commences. To discuss extenuating circumstances, please contact your Guest Services Representative directly or email Guest.Services@chargers.nfl.com.

Gameday

How many people will be allowed to attend each home game this year?

Capacity will be determined by governmental regulation and we will communicate any updates to members as the information becomes available.

How will parking be handled?

Parking priority will be fulfilled based on Season Ticket Member tenure and current payment status.

When will parking be available?

The facility is still working out details and we will let our Bolt Fam know as soon as possible.

Will I have an assigned parking space?

Parking passes will allow access to specific parking zones, but Season Ticket Members will not receive a designated parking space.

Will my parking be the same for all future seasons?

Parking zones are subject to change annually due to the construction of the district surrounding SoFi Stadium. Access to season parking passes and zones are based on membership level.

Will I be able to tailgate before the game?

Policies regarding tailgating will be shared as information becomes available.

Will you require vaccination records, or negative COVID-19 tests to attend games?

We will comply with the health and safety guidelines outlined by SoFi Stadium, the CDC, and local health and government officials. As soon as any information is available regarding gameday requirements, we'll share with the Bolt Fam.

What is the bag policy at SoFi Stadium?

To continue improving safety measures for all fans, effective immediately SoFi Stadium has implemented a policy that will limit the size and type of bags permitted to enter the stadium. This policy, which will enhance stadium safety and expedite entry to the stadium, will apply to all events hosted at any of the SoFi Stadium venues.

SoFi Stadium and the Chargers advise fans not to bring bags of any kind to the stadium for events. Bags that adhere to the below standards will be permitted to enter SoFi Stadium:

  • Bags that are clear plastic or clear vinyl and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bags with or without a handle or strap, not exceeding 4.5" x 6.5"

*Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

Is smoking allowed at SoFi Stadium?

SoFi Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not allowed inside or near the stadium.
