What is the Digital Membership Card?

Through the Los Angeles Chargers app, you can access the digital version of the Digital Membership Card for our most valued customers.

Where can I use the Digital Membership Card?

The Digital Membership Card is only for use at SoFi Stadium for season ticket members and premium customers to receive their discount at the team store. Other benefits may be included throughout the year, but these will be communicated through your Guest Service Representative.

How do I download the Digital Membership Card?

In order to access your Digital Membership Card, you must have an active membership and a mobile device that operates on iOS (version 11 or above) or Android (version 7 or above).

To download your Digital Membership Card:

  1. Download the newest version of the Los Angeles Chargers app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store.
  2. Launch the Los Angeles Chargers app, then tap the Membership icon at the bottom of the screen. The login page will appear.
  3. Follow instructions on the login screen to sign in with an existing Account Manager account. DO NOT LOG IN WITH THE APP PROFILE ACCOUNT. If you do not have an existing Account Manager account, contact your Guest Service Representative. Each Digital Membership Card is tied to a specific Season Ticket account. If you're not a season ticket member or premium customer you do not qualify for a Digital Membership Card.
  4. View your Digital Membership Card. The Digital Membership Card will appear on your app profile screen.

How do I update my name on the Digital Membership Card?

Contact your Guest Service Representative the membership card is tied to your season ticket account name on record.

What should I do if my Digital Membership Card is displaying inaccurate information?

If your Digital Membership Card displays inaccurate information, please contact your Guest Service Representative.

How do I transfer my Digital Membership Card to someone else?

The card is non-transferable. This card will not transfer with tickets and only the primary account holder gets this benefit.

*How do I transfer my Digital Membership Card to a new phone? *

On your new phone, install and open your Los Angeles Chargers Mobile and tap the user profile and login using your Chargers Account Manager and tap on the "Membership Card" button. If you're using Apple or Google wallets you may have to add it back to your wallet.

Can I pay using my Digital Membership Card?

At this time, the ability to pay using the Los Angeles Chargers app is not available.

Can I add the Digital Membership Card to my Apple Wallet or Google Pay?

Yes, If you're having issues with one of the mentioned wallet's, see each wallet support page for help. You can always use the Digital Membership Card in the Los Angeles Chargers app. However, Internet access is required.

Can I still use my physical Digital Membership Card?

The physical Membership Card was discontinued in 2020.

Select the app profile in the lower navbar.

If you're not logged in to Account Manager, do so now. NOTE: If you're not logged in to Account Manager you will not be able to access your Digital Membership Card.

Select "Continue" to allow the App to use to Sign In.

Use your Chargers Account Manager login credentials.

You will be redirected to the app user profile (This may take 20-30 seconds.) Once visible select the "Membership Card" button.

This is your Digital Membership Card. This can be shown at the SoFi Stadium team store for your discount. NOTE: You can add your Digital Membership Card to your Apple or Google Wallet for easy access if your device supports this feature.
