COVID Protocols

Currently, there are no COVID protocols in place for Chargers Training Camp. However, please follow the Orange County Health Officer’s Orders and Recommendations if you have tested positive, are symptomatic, or a close contact.

Bolts Team Store

Chargers merchandise will be available for purchase at the Bolts team store at Jack Hammett Sports Complex. The store will be accessible one hour before practice on public practice days. Hours are subject to change based on the practice schedule. Shoppers must have a ticket to attend practice. All transactions will be CASHLESS.

Season ticket members can show their Membership Card at checkout to receive 15% off. The Membership Card is located in the Chargers App.

Cameras/Video Recording Devices

Guests are permitted to bring cameras to practice provided photos taken are intended for personal use only. Video recording and long lens photography is NOT permitted at Chargers Training Camp. The taping of any practice footage is strictly prohibited. Any use of video or still photography for commercial use must be pre-approved by the Chargers Communications Department.

Animals

Only service animals trained to do work, or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, are allowed. All other animals or pets are not allowed at the practice facility or parking lot. The handler is responsible for cleaning up after the service animal.

Smoking/Vaping

Smoking/Vaping is prohibited in all areas of the Jack Hammett Sports Complex, including the seating area and adjacent areas of the practice field.

General Ticket Information

ADA Information

• Parking: ADA spaces are available for individuals with a properly issued disabled parking permit.
• Entrance: Persons with disabilities should enter at the main entrance. Those who require special assistance should speak with a gate supervisor on arrival.
• Seating: Accessible ramps are located at the front of the bleacher sections for individuals with wheelchairs or semi-ambulatory seating.
• Restrooms: An ADA compliant restroom is provided in all portable restroom locations.
