How do I access mobile tickets?
For Chargers Season Ticket Members:
If you are a Chargers Season Ticket Member, you can manage your tickets using your mobile device by logging on to the My Chargers Account at Chargers.com or by using the My Account Manager feature in the Chargers app. You can download the app on your iPhone here or on your Android here. Once logged on to your account, select to the event you would like to manage, your ticket will then be displayed and can be scanned for entry into the StubHub Center. Note: When you enter StubHub Center using a mobile ticket this season, you will be given a seat locator upon scanning your mobile device. Make sure you hold onto your seat locator throughout the game, as this is your credential in the building.
What type of phone or mobile device do I need to use mobile tickets?
Any smartphone or mobile device that has internet capabilities and can access the Account Manager can be used to access mobile tickets.
Can I forward tickets to friends on their mobile?
Yes. Mobile tickets can be transferred to friends or family by first logging on to your Account Manager and following the full transfer instructions available here. Recipients of tickets will be required to create a My Chargers Account of their own at Chargers.com to access their tickets. Once recipients receive their tickets on their account, they can use the Chargers app to access their tickets and enter the StubHub Center. Please note that, as part of our ticket policy, mobile tickets may only be transferred or forwarded electronically through the Chargers Account Manager. Mobile tickets cannot be transferred as a PDF using any other form of delivery and neither PDF printouts nor on-screen PDF tickets will be allowed for entrance into the game. Pursuant to our ticket policy, the Chargers reserve all rights on the mechanisms or format of ticket delivery or use, including the use of a mobile-only platform.
My mobile tickets didn’t work and now I can’t enter the StubHub Center. What do I do?
If you have any trouble with your tickets, visit the Chargers Ticket Windows at the Northwest Gate at the StubHub Center. Make sure to bring valid photo ID in order to verify your account.
