Jim Cwalinski has worked his way up the guest services ranks at the Chargers since 2012. The 2017 season will be his first as the Director of Guest Services. Cwalinski started his Chargers career as a guest services manager in 2012-16 and then was named senior manager of guest services before his promotion to director in 2017.
Before the Chargers, Cwalinski worked at Ashford University as an admissions counselor, the Myrtle Beach Pelicans as an assistant events manager, the Tampa Bay Sports Authority, Baylor University and LaCie Limited as a corporate account manager.
Cwalinski holds a masters degree in education from Baylor University and bachelors in business administration from Framingham State University.
Cwalinski is married to Naomi, and the couple has a daughter named Nancy.
