Bio

Hughes (5-10, 190) is a five-year cornerback in his third year with the Chargers. He signed a two-year contract July 30, 2011.
Looking to add depth in the secondary and experience on special teams, the Chargers signed Hughes in 2009. He’s been a solid performer in both capacities and will look to continue in that role in 2011.

Hughes is one of the founders of Gough Harde, an urban clothing line. An art major at Cal, Hughes took an interest in fashion as a teen and collaborated with close friend and business partner, Nikko Goudeau, to launch the clothing line in 2010. The pair hosted a special event in Los Angeles to preview the line, and proceeds from the night benefitted Snoop Dogg’s Inner-City Youth Football League.
