Bio

Shelbi made her mark on the world at age two when she followed her older siblings into gymnastics class, jump-starting a healthy and active lifestyle for the Yorba Linda-native. This is her 1st season with the San Diego Charger Girls. After quickly discovering her passion, she put all her focus into becoming as versatile a performer as possible by becoming a member of a nationally ranked all-star cheerleading team. She also attended dance studios throughout Orange County, Riverside, San Diego and Los Angeles. Shelbi has an interest in all forms of dance, including ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary and lyrical. She trained in the Commercial Dance Conservatory at Orange County High School of the Arts and was captain of a championship song team at Yorba Linda High School. Competing on national championship dance teams for the last 12 years has allowed her to perform across the country and on a Caribbean cruise ship, where she enjoyed some of the most creative and life changing experiences of her life to date. As a six-year member of the National Charity League, Shelbi has made a genuine commitment to being a positive force in supporting philanthropy. She has worked with the With Hope Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to suicide prevention, and hopes to volunteer with the Rivers of Hope Foundation. Shelbi is currently attending Orange Coast College where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism. She also teaches hip-hop and models for dance magazines and the Los Angeles Fashion Design Center. A sports enthusiast, she enjoys the vantage point of the California coastline from the ocean’s perspective. Shelbi is passionate about the game of football and looks forward to interacting with Chargers fans this year.
