Charger Girls

Nina is a rookie member of the San Diego Charger Girls, born in Saigon, Vietnam and raised in Orange County. Her parents traveled to the United States in search of greater opportunities for Nina and her siblings.. Nina recently graduated cum laude from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a minor in Biological Sciences. She aspires to work in a thriving healthcare field doing what she loves—helping people.  Her dream is to become a physician’s assistant.  She has a deep appreciation and respect for her family’s unconditional love and support. At the age of thirteen, Nina’s parents enrolled her in dance classes where she learned the value of being a good teammate. That’s when she discovered her passion for the art of dance and performing. Nina continues to live her passion as a Charger Girls member. Being given the chance to dance and cheer in front of more than 65,000 fans at Qualcomm Stadium is the opportunity of a lifetime for her, and Nina is enjoying every second of it! In her spare time, she enjoys finding new recipes, volunteering at local hospitals, spending time with family and friends and watching her favorite TV channel, Bravo!
