Meridith is an extreme sports enthusiast who loves all things adrenaline-pumping. Her friends would describe her as an adventurous and girly tomboy. This is her first year as a member of the San Diego Charger Girls and her third season as an NFL cheerleader. Built for speed, Meridith craves the excitement of throwing 360s while snowboarding, wakeboarding and skydiving. She hopes to get her racecar license so she can, one day, race a Shelby Mustang like her father. When she’s not playing video games or competing with the boys, Meridith supports the Geared Up Project, a nonprofit that donates gently-used athletic equipment to underprivileged children. Meridith was a competitive gymnast and a member of the United Spirit Association cheer staff. She cheered for four years as a cheer captain at Fresno State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Masters in Sports Administration. Meridith also worked in football operations, where her love for the game grew immensely. She hopes to one day work as an NFL Analyst. As an athlete, Meridith knows how important it is to stay active. Having overcome injuries, including shoulder surgery and recent ACL reconstruction, the adventure enthusiast refuses to let them set her back. Meridith believes life is too short to not be active. She remains grateful everyday for her strength and looks forward to an exciting season of Chargers football!
