First Day Players Return

Players return to Chargers Park to begin the offseason workout program.

  • LOCATION:  Chargers Park, San Diego, Calif.

The Chargers' voluntary offseason workout program, intended to provide training, teaching and physical conditioning for players, begins today.

Only allowed for the first two weeks is strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation. The following three weeks, on-field workouts, including individual player instruction and drills as well as team practice conducted on a “separates” basis, may begin.

These workouts are not open to the public.
