On Saturday, the Chargers placed defensive end Keith Grennan on the “Reserve-Injured” list and signed fullback Billy Latsko to the active roster…the 5-10, 233-pound Latsko is a 24-year-old first-year player from the University of Florida…he will wear #34 for the Chargers…Latsko had been on the team’s practice squad since signing with San Diego on Oct. 15, 2008. Latsko is active today
