The San Diego Chargers have released quarterback A.J. Feeley. A sixth-year veteran from the University of Oregon, Feeley came to the Chargers in a trade from the Miami Dolphins on Oct. 18, 2005.Feeley spent his first three NFL seasons in Philadelphia (2001-03) and he spent the 2004-05 seasons in Miami before being traded to the Chargers. He was inactive for 10 games last season as the Chargers’ third quarterback and he’d been inactive as well for Miami’s first five games before the trade. In five seasons, Feeley played in 18 games with 13 career starts. In those 18 games, he completed 287 of 524 passes (.548) for 3,047 yards with 19 touchdowns and 21 interceptions.
