Here are some important reminders for fans attending the game.
Get to the stadium EARLY! The parking lot will open at 9 a.m. and the stadium gates will open at 11:30 a.m. The parking lot is expected to fill and close early so carpool or use public transportation (Bus and Trolley).
The Chargers would like to remind fans to be careful when purchasing tickets from secondary and unofficial ticket sources. Tickets purchased from secondary sources often can be fraudulent or counterfeit tickets. Counterfeit tickets often look so real that fans don’t find the ticket has been duplicated or is counterfeit until they try to enter the stadium. Tickets to Sunday’s game were offered only by the Chargers as part of full or mini-season ticket plans through the Chargers ticket office. Fans still looking for tickets to the game are advised to visit NFL Ticket Exchange by Ticketmaster. NFL Ticket Exchange is the official ticket marketplace of the NFL and San Diego Chargers and all tickets listed are authentic and guaranteed. Visit www.NFL.com/TicketExchange for more information.
Expanded pat-downs will be in effect at the stadium gates. To expedite the process for fans bringing items into the stadium, the Chargers strongly suggest that all items be clearly visible; that fans use clear or see-through bags to carry items in, and avoid carrying backpacks or large bags with lots of pockets that need to be opened and inspected.
