Per NFL policy, Saturday night’s game between the Chargers and the Dallas Cowboys will not be shown live in Southern California. The game kicks off at 6:00 pm PT at Qualcomm Stadium.
The League’s long-standing policy requires all games not sold out 72 hours prior to kickoff to be blacked out in the local market. This includes all signals within a 75-mile radius of the stadium and those areas whose television signal reaches within that 75-mile zone. The league’s policy affects all telecasts, including cable and satellite.
Nearly 5,600 general tickets remain available at Qualcomm Stadium Gate C, www.Chargers.com, TicketMaster outlets or by calling TicketMaster at 1-800-745-3000. A variety of Club Seats, some of the best locations in the stadium, and a limited number of single-game Luxury Suites also are available. The Chargers’ ticket office is open weekdays 8-5 pm and Saturday starting at 10 am.
The game will be shown live in several markets outside the Chargers’ blackout territory, including Las Vegas (KLAS-TV), Bakersfield (KBAK/KBFX), Santa Barbara (KCOY/KKFX), Hawaii (KGMB), Fresno (KGPE) and Yuma (KSWT). Rich Cellini and Billy Ray Smith will call the game from the booth.
KFMB-TV will show the delayed broadcast at 9:30 pm Saturday as well as 11:35 pm Sunday. KCBS-TV will show game at 11:30 pm Saturday night.
The radio broadcast can be heard on Rock 105.3 FM and XTRA Sports 1360 AM in San Diego and KTLK 1150 AM in Los Angeles. Josh Lewin and Hank Bauer will call the game from the booth and Mike Costa will report from the sideline.
