Vote Rivers FedEx Air Player of the Week

Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers is one of three candidates for the FedEx Air Player of the Week Award.

Rivers threw three touchdown passes Sunday and directed his 11th-career fourth-quarter comeback as he led the Chargers on an 80-yard game-winning drive to beat the Giants 21-20. 

His 18-yard touchdown pass to Vincent Jackson was the 27th fourth-quarter scoring strike he’s thrown since becoming the Chargers’ starter in 2006, a number that leads all NFL quarterbacks over that span.
