Total Recap: Back at it on Day Two

Posted Jul 25, 2014

All the articles, videos, photos and behind-the-scenes access from the second day of camp.

After kicking off Training Camp on Thursday, the Chargers were back at it on Friday with their second open practice.  Here are all the articles, videos, photos and behind-the-scenes access from the second day of camp.

A major theme thus far has been familiarity.  The Bolts say things are going smoother in year two of the Mike McCoy/Tom Telesco regime now that they know what to expect.

Two players we expect special things from are D.J. Fluker and Donald ButlerFluker won over teammates and fans with his energy, work ethic and passion, while Butler has set certain goals heading into 2014.

We all remember how great Keenan Allen looked last year, and fans will be glad to hear he has picked up where he’s left off.  Number 13 looks just as smooth and dangerous as he did as a rookie.

Numerous Chargers spoke to the media after practice, including McCoy, Eric Weddle, Tevin Reese and Manti Te'o.

Finally, the Bolts are eagerly anticipating Saturday morning’s practice as it is the first time they’ll put the pads on this season.
