Drafted out of Louisiana State University by the Buffalo Bills in 2002, the nine-year veteran is a possession receiver that already has seen success in the NFL. The Chargers hope Reed will add veteran experience to an already prolific passing game.
While at LSU, Reed established himself as a human highlight reel. Reed set the SEC single-game receiving record with 293 yards against Alabama in 2001. In his years with the Bills, Reed racked up more than 3,500 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns.
Reed will answer questions from fans this week. Ask him about adjusting to a new offense, what he thinks of his new home or how he plans to impact the Chargers.
