New Chargers Era Continues at Scouting Combine

Posted Feb 16, 2013

The NFL Draft is the premiere event of the NFL offseason. To that end, this week’s NFL Scouting Combine is one of the most important events in the professional lives of the prospects taking part as they aim to impress the multitude of scouts and coaches in attendance from all 32 NFL teams.

But the combine isn’t only important for these players; it is equally as important for the teams. As a result, the Chargers scouting department has been in nonstop meetings here at Chargers Park preparing for the important “job interview” that will take place in Indianapolis.

This year, Chargers.com will have wall-to-wall, extensive coverage of your favorite team directly from Lucas Oil Stadium.  This will be General Manager Tom Telesco and Head Coach Mike McCoy’s first combine together, and we will have feedback from them throughout the week.

Be sure to check back often for content both leading up to and from the big event itself.
