Limited Availability Remains for Bolt to the Q

Posted Jul 18, 2013

A select number of spots still remain for one of the Chargers signature events, the Third Annual Bolt to the Q on Sunday.

One of the Chargers’ signature community events takes place on Sunday with the Third Annual Kaiser Permanente Bolt to the Q at Qualcomm Stadium.  The 5K race, along with the kids’ fun run, has quickly become a staple of the summer, and an extremely limited number of spots are still available.

All participants receive a race t-shirt and commemorative finisher medal.  This year, the race starts at Qualcomm Stadium and ends on the 50-yard line, as runners can watch themselves cross the finishing line on Bolt Vision.  If that wasn’t enough, Ryan Mathews and the Charger Girls will be congratulating runners as they cross the finish line as well.

Afterwards, there will be a post-race tailgate party in the Q with free beer for those participants 21 and over.  The Bolt to the Q begins at 7:30am while the Chargers Play 60 Fun Run, a half mile race, begins at approximately 9:30am.

For more information and to sign up to run, visit the Bolt to the Q website by clicking right here.

In addition, Sunday also marks the team’s popular Select-a-Seat day.  Season seats – some of the best available in years – are available on a first-come, first-served basis in a variety of locations and price categories, including a limited number of lower-level seats. Prices start at just $39 per game, and buyers of the first 100 season seats will receive a free commemorative trolley pass per seat for all home games. All new purchasers will also be invited to one of two exclusive training camp practices.

Now, you can stay in touch with the team anytime, anywhere, on your mobile device with the official app of the San Diego Chargers.
